We are sorry to bring this sad news to the Gunbas who loved this game with all their hearts.

Gunbound T, which was around for a short time, will end its service on April 28, 2023 (UTC).

The Gunbound T team's biggest concern was to provide a satisfying experience for the Gunbas. Therefore, we decided to discontinue the service after a thorough review, since we cannot offer a good experience to the users.

We understand that this news may disappoint you, but we still want to thank you for the passion you have shown in the game during these months and for spending time on Gunbound T.

We have prepared a small event for you to enjoy the game to the fullest until the day of service shutdown. Also, we will refund any in-game purchases you have made within a certain period.

Once again, we want to thank all the Gunbas for your understanding and support.

The story of Gunbound T ends here, but don't be sad, we are already preparing a new version of Gunbound for the true fans of the game.

We know that you are eager to know the news of the new Gunbound, but don't worry, we are already working on a better version, because we know it is the only way to reward our beloved Gunbas.

1. Shutdown schedule
1.1 After the maintenance on March 28, 2023 (UTC)
- The sale of paid products within the game will be closed.
- The download of the app in the store will be blocked.

1.2 After April 28, 2023 03:00 (UTC)
- Gunbound T service will end.
- Some communities may be closed.

2. Information about refunds and payment cancellations
2.1 Refund request period
- From March 28 (UTC) after maintenance to April 27 (UTC) before service shutdown.

2.2 Refund
- All payments made by users who have payment history between February 28 00:00 to March 28 02:00 (UTC) will be refunded.
- Regardless of the gaming service, the final amount of the refund and the schedule may change depending on the payment method you used (market, etc.)
- Only refund cases received within the refund request period will be processed.
- The refund may take some time to complete after the service has been closed.
